To carry out consultancy work and procedures related to legal activities, such as: opening, alteration and
withdrawal of companies, as well as drafting, alteration and adjustments of Articles of Partnership and
Mutual Rescission in accordance with the Civil Code.

• Registrations before JUCESP, Federal Revenue, Municipal City Halls, State Departments, INSS, CEF
• Tax and contribution clearance certificates of any nature
• Obtaining SICAF – Federal Registration System and monitoring the expiration of certificates
• Digital Certification: we help in obtaining the ICP-Brasil standard certificates
• Registration of Capital with the Central Bank
• Administrative Proceedings within the scope of the Federal Revenue Office and Attorney General of the Federal Treasury-PGFN
• Compliance with inspections, subpoenas and notifications
