CORPORATE GOVERNANCE BASED ON ANTI-CORRUPTION LAW (12.846/13)
Implementation of Best Practices of Corporate Governance in order to meet the prerogatives of Legislation 12.846/13 (Anti-Corruption Law). Development of Compliance Program, Due Diligence of internal policies and processes, training, internal communication, code of ethics and conduct, implementation of complaints channel and anti-retaliation measures.
JUDICIAL AND EXTRAJUDICIAL FORENSICS
At the Judicial (Federal, Civil and Labor) level, the focus is on the preparation of an Accounting Report, preparation and response to requirements, clarifications and contestation of the Report. In the extrajudicial scope, we act as Technical Assistant in litigation and arbitration procedures, dedicated to advisory and consulting as well as the elaboration of the Technical Opinion. Preparation of financial, accounting and tax calculations. Elaboration of Technical Reports for mergers, divisions and Incorporations of companies and equity assessment reports.
JUDICIAL AND EXTRAJUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION
Serving as Judicial and Extrajudicial Administrator, reorganizing the financial and strategic operations aiming to give transparency to the recovery process as well as to the financial, accounting and operational information of the company.
